Historic medical donation USD 12 Million capabilities
In December 2025, the Cornerstone Foundation, in partnership with MAP International, donated medical supplies and equipment valued at over USD 12 million to the Government of The Gambia, the largest single health-related contribution in the nation’s history. The handover ceremony, presided over by President Adama Barrow at the State House, featured supplies intended to significantly enhance access to essential medicines and strengthen healthcare delivery nationwide. Government officials described the contribution as a transformative investment in national health resilience, applauding the Foundation’s leadership, generosity, and strategic commitment to public wellbeing.
